PARK CITY, UT (Nov. 7, 2012) – Intellectual property law firm, Maschoff Gilmore & Israelsen (MGI) announced today that six litigators have joined the firm, raising the number of attorneys to 23. MGI also announced the opening of a third office in Orange County, California, to service its growing California client base.
Experienced litigators Larry R. Laycock and David R. Wright join MGI as senior shareholders and together with MGI attorney C.J. Veverka will lead MGI’s elite litigation practice. Both are first-chair trial attorneys, each with more than 25 years of experience representing clients in complex litigation intellectual property matters, including patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright cases.
Attorneys Tyson K. Hottinger, Jared J. Braithwaite, and Adam B. Beckstrom, along with Taylor J. Wright (who is awaiting bar exam results in California) join MGI as associates. Each offers unique expertise in science, engineering, communications and technology, and together will provide a new dimension to MGI’s wide-ranging litigation practice.
